When we decided to sell our home we spoke to a number of Real Estate agents in our area. Everyone of them had a different approach and all were interested in selling our house, but ... Brock from Brock and Dan (who we met before Dan) seemed to have what we can only describe as "heartfelt interest". After we showed him around and we had a cuppa and a chat, he asked if we minded him having another look around, we didn't mind at all ... and I have to admit I peaked out the window a few times and what I saw impressed me ... he was looking at our home, I mean really looking at it. It was then we knew he was the person we wanted to sell our home. The "above and beyond" assistance and support we received from not only Brock but also Dan, Jesse, Caitlin and Teghan gave us confidence that we had chosen the right agency. The "extra" ...you need to talk to them to find out that info :) ..effort they put into our sale impressed us greatly. We listened to suggestions they had about how to present our home, we threw in our opinions and between us all we very easily reached our goals for the presentation of our home. In fact it turned into a fun event and that certainly helped us relax about our open inspections and private viewings. What really impressed us both was not only the respect that they showed our home but the amount of time they gave in regard to feedback and reports and they always returned calls and emails within a short period of time.
