Brock has great local property knowledge and provided an informative proposal prior to listing the property. Up against other agents in the Maylands area, Brock was personable, courteous and demonstrated his experience through discussion, which ultimately put him in top spot. Once chosen as the selling agent, Brock prepared all marketing materials promptly. It only took 2 weeks from marketing the property before we received a solid offer which then turned into a 4-week settlement and completed sale. It was such a smooth process and all within 2 months from start to finish! The only other thing to mention, was that as owner, I didn't see the ad before it went live. The often important community drawcards such as close proximity to shops, cafes and bars and bike paths direct to the city, were not included in the marketing detail. This was simply to help appeal to the broader buyer. Brock added this quickly once requested and removed some unnecessary photos from the online ad. That's the only reason why it was a 4 stars rather than the full 5! I would happily contract Brock's services again in the future and recommend Brock to others. Thanks Brock!

We put our 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment on the market in early February with high expectations it would sell quickly and for the right price. Unfortunately COVID19 came along and threw a spanner in the works. Not knowing how to play the market in such unprecedented times, we found Brock to be an honest, realistic and clear thinking agent who Helped us navigate the situation and price our apartment accordingly. He let us decide our own home opens and viewing by appointments which is really convenient for us having busy work lives. We trust his judgment on potential buyers that came through the apartment and eventually we received the right offer after a back and forth situation which for us as sellers was an anxious time.
