When we bought our first home, Brock was the selling agent. We had a great experience with him then, from the buyer's perspective and we continued to maintain contact over the years on occasion and he was always happy to come out and provide a valuation or advice on the numerous occasions when we were considering selling. He has a very genuine, trustworthy and down to earth nature and doesn't leave you with the sleazy feeling you get from some other agents. Brock provided us with great advice on which home improvements were worth implementing before putting our house on the market and I'm sure his advice resulted in a greater increase to our sale price compared to the money spent on improvements (as well as a quicker sale). As our agent, Brock helped us sell our property quickly and at a great price and we have no hesitations recommending him.
