Terrific experience

We had been on the market with a previous agent for 6 months and didn't manage to get a sale. With Brocke we had our first open on the Saturday, received an offer on the Tuesday afternoon and were signing papers by Tuesday night. Brocke's communication throughout the lead-up and the campaign was first rate and the most important aspect for us was that we felt that we could trust the information Brocke was telling us. He told us how he saw things straight up, offered us a positive sales strategy that clearly worked and his work post the sale has been excellent.
