Broderick was very welcoming and extremely helpful at the open house inspections of my new purchase. Particularly on auction day he was there to answer any questions and let us freely roam through for our last inspection. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling.
Broderick was a pleasure to work with. He was honest and forthright and very personable. He worked really hard to keep the tenants happy and to keep me in the loop. He clearly connected well with prospective buyers. But best of all, he (and Greg, who was a terrific auctioneer) achieved a price far higher than we had hoped for.
