This was a nightmare property to sell for a number of factors. But Broderick persisted. He put in a large amount of time and effort outside what would be expected ie waiting around for tradies, dealing with other tenants, the OC and on one occasion he went to Darebin Council to pick up papers for me on a Friday afternoon on my behalf - all to move the sale along. We finally got there! Broderick went above and beyond to sell our property and we highly recommend him.
