My initial experience with Broderick was positive however, what happened after I had purchased the property turned all my expectations on its head. After the property was purchased I requested the vendor to repair some small plumbing issues and in response I got a call from Broderick explaining how I haven’t purchased a property which is not worth 750k so I should not expect anything. The entire conversation was just rude. Then on the day of final Inspection before settlement, I was made to wait 40minutes (I understand the times are difficult with Covid-19 but it is difficult for everyone and you have to respect other person and their time but that was not the case here.) I probably will never buy or sell ever again with Raywhite. As a buyer I can easily say the agent just cared about the money coming into his pocket.

When introduced to Broderick, my wife & I were well impressed in the professional image he displayed, & his actions after that reinforced our first impression.
