Purchased a house and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of the most unethical agents I have ever encountered. Makes promises that he does not keep, never answers his phone, lies and makes further lies to cover his previous lie. Really does not have any idea about negotiation, sales or communications as his arrogance and self centered nature gets the better of him. Absolutely does not care about anyone but his own pocket. I am pursuing matters with NSW Fair Trading and there is currently an open case to answer. An embarrassing and unfortunate addition to the Real Estate Industry.
