Broderick was one of four agents my Mother invited to do an appraisal of her house when she decided to sell and move into a retirement village. Broderick, who was accompanied by the agency's sales manager, stood out from their competition and got the job. Although professional in his approach, he was also very approachable and personable. This was important as my Mother had never sold a property before and trust was a real issue for her. Broderick made her feel at ease as he was able to develop a sales plan tailored to her needs and time frame. I'm happy to report that he pulled it off with flying colours. Mum got her dream price which makes her transition to the retirement village that much easier. From a personal perspective, I found Broderick and all members of the team at Ray White excellent. Brod was great throughout all my dealings during the sale of our house. We were also dealing with another agent for the purchase of our new house, so we had good points of comparison. Brod knows his stuff, and is keen to help the vendor understand where the market is, the opportunities available and how he will handle the sale process. Selling a house is an intimidating exercise and I have to say we had a pleasant experience with Brod, and were kept well informed of what was happening. Plenty of real estate agents leave you counting your fingers and wondering what just hit you, but I can honestly say it was nothing like that with Brod. He's a genuinely nice guy, and is keen to help you through the process with knowledge and understanding, never once trying to keep anything from us. Excellent communications and updates, clarity in the sale process, and the auction was actually a fun day. Not as stressful as we thought it could have been. Highly recommend Brod - he will look after you and you'll have as good an experience selling (or buying) your house as is possible.
This man is a wizard. He's got s process , follows it through and when non of the standard methods sell, he'll come up with a buyer topping the highest bid by far last minute and make a sale. This man is not just a a good sales man but an honest one on top of it.

I can't recommend Brod highly enough. Two main reasons are 1/ he does what he says he will do and always gets back to me punctually. Nothing is ever two difficult for Brod.. The second and main reason is that he is the only real estate agent I have dealt with in the last few years, and I have dealt with quit a few who gave me an opinion on price that was spot on. Most agents in my experience when listing quite a high price and when buying quite a low one, but not Brod, he was spot on with his price indication. I would have no heditation in recommending Brod to anyone, even my Mum. Thanks Brod.

This was the first time my wife and I had sold a house after 43 years of marriage. I was a bit nervous. As it turned out our decision to appoint Broderick Wright from Ray White at Ermington as our Agent was the best decisions I've made in a long time. He's a young man who will go far in the Real Estate business if he chooses to stay. First impressions of Broderick were marked by enthusiasm but there was also substance. However there's far more to Broderick than first impressions. He's polite, patient and thoughtful of others. His interpersonal skills are excellent. He's passionate about his work and is very professional in his approach. He's simply a lovely young man. He's a credit to his mother and I wish him well.
