Broderick made negotiations to purchase the property at 16/2-4 Iron Street North Parramatta really easy. After many weeks of looking for a suitable property and finding places that did not live up to hype I was so pleased to find this 2 bedder. I must admit Broderick didn't have to work hard to 'sell' me this property - I knew it was mine from the moment I stepped over the threshold!!
