Although I found Brodie to be polite, I didn’t find him over forthcoming - I was informed of things via my real estate agent and my conveyor days before Brodie would contact me - the biggest one I expected to hear from him relatively fast about was my settlement date how ever I knew days in advance to him calling me.... I agreed to a quick settlement which went smoothly however throughout the process I don’t think he was to invested - I liked Brodie but I wouldn’t go through Barker real estate again if it was my choosing.
