Doing split shifts and working during business hours it is not always possible to get in touch with people when the office is open. Brodie was a great help in purchasing the property as investment, especially as we purchased from out of town. Responses to a few questions about the property were quick no trouble for him. Upon inspection, I found his verbal description to accurately match the property and this was confirmed by the building inspection. He was able to organise the paperwork with a minimum of fuss and provide top recommendations for building inspectors and conveyancers. After signing the contract, he continue to be helpful and respond quickly. Settlement went through very smoothly.
