Well, it's been 30 years since I have sold a property, so it was a very new experience for me and Lavis had come recommended from a friend as a reliable company to work with. I contracted Lavis to sell my house, I spoke with both Lavis brother and was happy to move forward with this company to sell my house after exploring other options, in saying that most of my communication throughout the process was with their team members, communication was great, and any question were answered in a timely manner. I feel I was well informed and supported through the sales process and they of course sold my house with good direction and advice on what my responsibilities were throughout the process.
