I was really quite upset that the agent didn't show up for settlement and when we went to move it the seller was still in our new home with all of his belongings. We feel the agent should have at least been present for that part of the process as most new home owners get a smooth key handover and aren't put in this uncomfortable situation.
I would recommend Brodie to anyone thinking of selling. Brodie and the team have lived up to their name again and again whilst I went through the process of selling, they are true professionals.
