I have had a lot to do with agents as both a purchaser and a seller. We originally noticed Brodie and his characteristics when we were a prospective purchaser of a property in our local area. Although that sale did not proceed, we were very impressed with Brodie's integrity and the general way he conducted himself. When it came time to select an agent to sell an investment property for us, the choice was easy. Brodie's local market knowledge, and his marketing knowledge were outstanding. We had an unconditional contract on the property within a week or so of listing. We will have another property due for market shortly, and we will not be speaking to any other agents whatsoever.
