Brody is very genuine, friendly and down to earth person. He is upfront, honest, knowledgeable and always professional in our dealings with him when buying a property through the agency he works for. You can tell he is passionate about the job, cares about the people he deals with and treats everybody with respect. Even though he was selling us the property, he maintained the vendor's interest at the same time, which is really refreshing. Brody is always on top of everything and very helpful - will go that extra mile to help both parties i.e. contacting us in relation to questions/queries from the vendor and visa versa from us to the Vendor, supplying us with names of tradespeople etc... The house was priced correctly and we really appreciated that it was a simple, straightforward purchase of a property with Brody, there was no issues or delays.
