On arrival in Port Lincoln 20 years ago we chose to rent until we found a property to purchase. We were contacted by Bronte to see if we would like to sell our property and when we said yes he was quick to facilitate all necessary paperwork and settlement. the only problem we found was with Westpac Bank they did not want to cooperate.

Bronte was great to deal with as his straight talking local knowledge really helped manage our expectations all the way through the process. Bronte was a regular communicator and made a point of sharing what info he had to help us stay informed. He showed initiative when things stalled with the buyer and put in the hard yards to keep the process rolling by using his years of experience - this made us feel like we were in good hands during an uncertain time. Bronte made the whole process much more bearable than expected. We did not have an attractive juicy home to sell, we had an ugly patch of land but he didn’t make us feel like second rate customers because of it not being an exciting sale. We were interstate and dealing with remote buyers and he helped us stay calm and sane. He was not just a real-estate agent, he was a therapist & all round good bloke to deal with.
