Just a qualifier, I did not actually meet Bronwyn, although I did speak to her in a phone conference call and exchanged several emails. Bronwyn sold 7 Yeramba Street on behalf of the estate of my late mother-in-law, I was peripherally involved although my wife was more directly involved. Three agents were asked to prepare a bid to sell the house, our impression from the written bids was that Bronwyn's was professional, and that the marketing strategy was well thought out. So we chose her to carry out the sale. We were kept well informed at all times, on expressions of interest, and on the progress of the one open day which took place. After the open day she kept in touch with two potential purchasers, and within a few days an offer was made by one of these at a price which my wife and her family found to be fair and acceptable.
