Just a qualifier, I did not actually meet Bronwyn, although I did speak to her in a phone conference call and exchanged several emails. Bronwyn sold 7 Yeramba Street on behalf of the estate of my late mother-in-law, I was peripherally involved although my wife was more directly involved.
