Bronwyn's knowledge of the area is good and of similar properties in the area. She is always professional and communicates well.. although she was on leave most of the time and her off sider/relative Melissa did most of the work.. and she certainly communicated well. I should mention that I was not happy with the rate of commission 2.2% is very high as I have just sold my property with commission of 1.1.% which is double. Given the sale circumstances I did not want to argue about it but I think it is too high for the value of the property and it was a very quick sale.
