We originally purchased the property from Bronwyn and found the buyers experience to be honest and engaging. When it came time to sell there was no question as to the agent we would use. Bronwyn provided a very knowledgeable base of the area, the current market and managed the process (and our expectations) very well. When we started to received offers Bronwyn did her research and took the time to walk us through each offer received. Ultimately the offer we accepted and sold for provided us with a better than expected result. There is no doubt we will continue to use Bronwyn should the opportunity arise again.

When Mum and Dad needed to downsize, they met Bronwyn at several properties, and when they found one they liked (even though they hadn't sold their own property yet) Bronwyn helped them secure the property they wanted. In fact, it was the ONLY home they liked after searching for nearly 6 months. I think what stands out the most about Bronwyn is her exceptional communication skills. She was extremely transparent about what was happening on the negoitating table, and helped Mum & Dad decide what would be a fair offer to purchase. She then presented the offer to the existing vendor and got it over the line, in a matter of days. She genuinely cares about people, about finding a vendor the right 'fit' for their property and the right price. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. The next time we need to sell a property, Bronwyn will be our first, and only choice.
