In my opinion, LJ Hooker failed to bring potential buyers to the Auction. The neighbour's attempt to sabotage the sale was NOT addressed by LJ Hooker during every open house. When the only two people bidding at the Auction was my brother and that particularly, disruptive and upsetting neighbour, it leads me to believe there was no need for LJ Hooker to strive for a competitive Auction. The Final Sale Price was a mere 5% more than LJ Hooker's totally unacceptable "value of the property".
