Bronwyn was a great agent who helped us to sell our first property. She helped us with every step from start to finish and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Her communication was outstanding and Bronwyn was always able to answer any questions we had, or refer us to the appropriate person. I would highly recommend using Bronwyn and the staff at JL Hooker Burleigh.

Bronwyn has an excellent knowledge of Burleigh and the property market. She stayed in contact, even when the property was temporarily taken off the market. She is a genuine person, not pushy and when requested, gives sound advice. Overall, she made the selling process very enjoyable and I would not hesitate to use her again.

Bronwyn made it a very smooth process. First contract fell through due to buyers finance but she was right onto it by getting into contact with other interested buyers. She communicated well and even picked up issues that my property manager didn't even pick up on. I'm glad I went with Bronwyn, I would highly recommend her!

An agent who goes above and beyond the call of duty. Have no hesitation in highly recommending Bronwyn to any prospective Buyer or Seller.

If Bronwyn said she would do something it was done and on time. So professional, best experience we have had in selling a property. Would highly recommend Bronwyn if you are thinking of selling or buying a property.

It was great dealing with Bronwyn. She makes the whole process nice and easy and quick!

Bronwyn kept us relaxed and informed through any stressful moments. Her upbeat attitude I believe made the difference when it counted most. Highly recommended , a true professional. Fantastic knowledge, fantastic price, fantastic result. Five star.

Couldnt recommend bronwyn enough we are young a family selling our first home. and she was there every step of the way showing us through everything and was just as good with all her clients coming to look at our property. Not one of the pushy real estate agents that everyone loves to hate.. gave us lots of comfort through any questions we had and was there for us and the purchaser until the very end.. if you wont a good agent that always answers there phone and doesnt scare any potential buyers off bronwyn is the one.. she drove 2hrs each way just for our purchaser to sign contracts as they werent tech savvy... try get any of the other to do that!! Thanks bronwyn !!

We listed our property with Bronwyn after getting appraisals from a handful of agents. Bronwyn was a stand out from the start. She was professional, friendly and explained everything to us. Bronwyn had exceptional communication with us throughout the process. Bronwyn sold our unit within 2 weeks at the highest purchase price in our complex ever. We were over the moon. We confidently recommend Bronwyn to people selling a property. We will be selling with Bronwyn again in the future. Brooke and Mark

Bronwyn was a delight to work with. She was always approachable & trustworthy. Buying property can be stressful, but she was fabulous to deal with and extremely helpful at all times.

We are so thankful we stumbled across Bronwyn at Seacoast Realty. She was approachable, professional and really helped us with the steps that were necessary in selling our townhouse. We have never sold before, so everything was new to us; Bronwyn remained cool, calm and collected the entire time and the sale couldn’t have gone smoother! Thankyou so much again Bronwyn and we will recommend you to any of our friends and family who are looking at buying or selling!

Couldn't recommend Bronwyn more highly ,she did everything she said she was going to do and more.. very professional and thorough. Fantastic result!
