Brook was great to deal with from the start! She had heard through a colleague what we were after in buying a home to live in. She contacted us with a home she just received the keys for, in an area we didn’t think we could afford in but matched what we were looking for. She was so flexible and accommodating on our very short schedule to find a place, being able to meet us at the property for viewings at different times. She assisted us throughout the process of signing the contract and kept us up to date always on what was happening and when. It was a difficult time to buy between Christmas and New Years but Brook still took time out to provide information to us either via phone call or text message.
