Pleasantly surprised, we came onto her radar when we were looking for new property managers. We weren’t looking to sell at the time but Brooke asked if we’d like her to check in every now and again which I’m glad we said yes to. She checked in more regularly than our actual property managers did! Then when it was time to sell, Brooke was as always, extremely professional but realistic too. So reassuring and extremely proficient with market knowledge etc. Great communication (even outside of work hours!) and you can tell she really has your best interests in mind and doesn’t just jump into things, proceeds with caution but also knows when “to strike” so to speak! Feisty but professionally polished and just a genuine human being. Never met her in person as we’re interstate but would not hesitate to have her sell a property again.
