Dissapointed settlement

I found Brooke great to start with and during with updates then on settlement day no phone call or closure until a week later. I have purchased and sold many properties and it seems to always have been a close call between the conveyancer and the agen to congratulate me on the sale. Brooke left a message a week later and said a small gift was coming as a thankyou but I never received anything! . Simy put a verbal on settlement day would have been nice.
