Sale of our forever home!

Due to an unfortunate series of events we had to sell our first and what we thought was going to be our forever home. My partner reached out to Brooke from Raywhite whilst we were away to see what we needed to do and within 24hrs she had contacted my partner to get the ball rolling. Brooke and Eliza then went out of their way to drop off a sales pack at our home so we could have a read through when we returned. She continued to make contact and see what we were hoping for in the sale and when we were looking at selling - we told her we just wanted to break even with our current mortgage and walk away debt free whilst selling as soon as possible. She said this wouldn’t be a problem at all. She then booked in photography for the following week and had lined up a private viewing for clients that had been interested in similar properties but missed out. Once the photos were complete, our property went live on Wednesday as well as the first viewing and then another viewing on the following Saturday. Our property was only live for roughly 4 days before accepting an offer. Brooke had communicated with us throughout these few days letting us know we had multiple offers but didn’t give us any dollar values until she was happy. The offer Brooke came to us with on Sunday night far exceeded all expectations we had, she some how managed to move the sale price up and $175K above asking price. This process has been bitter sweet for us, we lost our first home, but thanks to Brooke & Eliza we still managed to walk away debt free and enough in the bank to buy or invest in another property. The girls made this process seamless and enjoyable, she said she wanted to get the best possible deal for us given our circumstances that led to selling and she delivered, we couldn’t be happier with the service provided and forever grateful she was persistent in providing the best service.
