Excellent prompt help with selling my house

I had been in contact with Brooke for about 2 years before I had committed to putting my house on the market. Thanks to Brooke's persistent (but not annoying) communication and "checking in" we ended up picking a good time to sell and she was able to sell my house (offer was placed) within 24 hours from the time my house hit the market. The process was very streamlined and Brooke went above and beyond to answer any questions I had (even at 8pm at night) to even putting the bins out for collection once we had moved out before settlement and there were atleast 4 bin cycless to do.
