Brooke was a "perfect" fit to facilitate the sale of our Jimboomba property and from the point of engagement, through to the final settlement, we were totally confident with her management of this process. Her communication style was extremely effective and at no point did we feel a sense of being overpowered by unnecessary information. Brooke maintained a clear line of pertinent communications that kept us "in the picture" with developments that were arising during the sale process. Her direct knowledge of the Jimboomba and surrounding area property market was outstanding and her openness in explaining the various market conditions, that could impact or influence the sale, ensured that there were no unexpected surprises around which we had to quickly make decisions.
