Brooke, Hayley and Amyleigh were incredibly helpful, communicative and supportive throughout what is normally a very stressful process. They brought great knowledge of the local area and current market, designed a strong marketing campaign, went the extra mile to attract interest to the house and were always approachable and genuine in their interactions. A very positive experience.

Our buying experience was excellent with Raywhite. Brooke was very helpful prior to the auction with communication and helping arrange extra visits to the property. We had also met Brooke at previous home opens. She kept us informed about the property and upto date with paperwork requirements for the auction. Also I have been impressed by Brooke's assistant Kaitlyn Johnson who has been very helpful through the process also. She has excellent communication and a lovely manner.
Brooke sold our home after taking over the listing from a different agent in Ray White Wilston. I do believe there was internal pressure at that agency to treat my listing as a "fire sale" - get rid of it in the shortest amount of time for the lowest price possible. The abysmally low offers communicated to us, for an inner north gem (our property), was an indication of that. Facing frustration from us as the sellers and possibly a toxic work environment, Brooke did what she could with a very tricky situation. The auction was a joke, we were shuffled way towards the back of their famous in-room auction space (whilst other vendors had better seating) and the bidding did not come close to our reserve, (a reserve which was very reasonable). I don't blame Brooke for this, I do think the responsibility falls on the shoulders of the principal at Ray White Wilston. After a very disappointing auction, we put our reserve price on the property and sold soon after. Brooke and Kaytlyn did their best with a tricky situation. These ladies worked tirelessly and communicated at all stages of the campaign despite the difficulty that was created around this listing (transitioning from one agent to another, despite my efforts to keep working with my original agent). Brooke and Kaytlyn... you deserve better from your employer!

The campaign was awesome! I was very pleased I had a lot of people through and it was amazing to sit out the back of the auctions and listen to the bidding go, I couldnt be more pleased. Brooke was fantastic, kept me up to date with everything and the amount of people we had through, I dont know if any other agent could have done that so I am particularly pleased. I thought maybe the onsite may have been better but now on reflection it was just amazing to sit here and see the vibe that was going on, I think the fact that there were people here that might have looked at some other properties and then looked at mine. It was definitely worth while doing it in rooms. I am very happy with the price, it is where I thought it would be and a little above. It is such a relief to know that the property sold.
Brooke is a delightful young woman . She is highly professional ,efficient and has great communication skills. We were reluctant to purchase at auction but found great support from both Brooke and her assist Kaytlyn. We were late to view the home prior to auction and needed a viewing and information sourced regarding the property very last minute and every effort was made to answer any questions we had. This then gave us the confidence to proceed with purchasing our home. We are very happy with our purchase and Brooke was genuinely happy for us as well. Brooke had kept contact with me for a year or two whilst my aged mother was in a nursing home. Unfortunately my mother passed away in late May this year. We listed with Brooke wherein we auctioned the property a few weeks later and managed to receive a good price over what was thought to be the value of the property.
