Excellent Agent- Professional, Punctual and Engaged

We chose Ray White as we had good experiences with them in previous sales and had a bad experience with another local agent who we swore never to deal with again. We were initially reluctant to go to auction as we were unfamiliar with the auction process and thought young couples, especially first home buyers, would be scared off by the process. We were comfortable to go to auction after the meeting with Brooke and Alistair who explained their current success rates. We were really pleased they were able to attract high numbers of people through the open homes and appreciated the open nature of the conversations throughout the process. We found Brooke highly professional, highly organised, open, honest and reliable. Overall a great agent to work with. I would happily recommend her services to others.
