Brook is covering a large area in the north of this state - and sometimes it was difficult to get in touch with her, but she always responded to an email or phone call. She has kept in touch since settlement and has helped us on several occasions - only complaint I have is she didn't understand we don't carry a mobile phone with data, or have internet banking !!!! We were also unsure where and to whom to pay the deposit - that wasn't made clear to us - and no banking details for Calaby were given - -Sorry Brook, just an oversight on both our parts - She is a lovely warm lady
