To be honest I wouldn’t have thought that a hand written note in the letter box would have worked. Brooke proved me wrong. Super Down to earth. Very easy to deal with and got the results I wanted. It honestly could not have been any easier.

My property took 3 months to sell, which was much longer than anticipated. Expectations were very high at the beginning but as the market slowed it became obvious that this was not going to be the quick sale we had expected. We continued with weekly "open house inspections" and Brooke kept me updated along the way. Each week I was informed of the number of inspections and what those prospective buyers comments were. Overwhelmingly, those who inspected my property "loved it" but for various reasons it wasn't for them and only a few returned for a 2nd inspection. Eventually the right purchasers came along and once that happened the process was quick and smooth. In order to sell, I did have to accept a price well below the market appraisal and a little under my "bottom line". I chose to do that in order to secure purchasing a property I was very interested in. I had inspected more than 20 other properties and I didn't want to miss out on this one. I'm happy to say, I purchased the property I wanted.

My wife and I have a lot of time for Brooke she has such a lovely personality. Brooke had her hands full with this property with selling during winter, market conditions and interest rate rising consistently it did take longer than expected however Brooke's confidence of selling the property at times was the thing that kept us going and now we are so glad we did.Brooke at times would show our property 5 times a week always with a high level of professionalism, her knowledge of the area was very good and communication was made easy. At the end of the day we Brooke got a price very close to what we expected and My wife and I are happy.
