We listed our properties (x6) with Brooke from Belle Ascot around mid 2023 and have been very very impressed by her, and her teams commitment and passion to finding new owners for our homes. She listens to vendors needs and couples this information with the needs of buyers to find the happy medium. Very thankful we engaged the Belle team and wouldn't hesitate ti use Brooke and Dave again in the future.
Brooke and team were amazing, lots of knowledge of the market and the advice given around how to sell the property was excellent. Would recommend Brooke & her team to anyone wanting to sell their property.
Brooke is great to deal for a property sale. Outstanding communicator and bring out a sale what a seller is after in a short timeframe to seller's interest or to my satisfactions. Good team player and flexible in her approaches - Brooke has a bright future in the property industry!!
We bought an investment property from Brooke and her staff, they are all excellent to deal with, we now have Jessica Bell looking after the rentals, she is good đź‘Ť, overall a great experience, thanks
The whole process has been professional and efficient. Many thanks to Rachel and Brook for the overall process, and also to David for a very useful first inspection.

Very easy process. Great communication from the team. Very friendly and professional
Brooke and her team at Belle Property Ascot were incredible. They dealt with my Father’s deceased estate with particular care and ensured that the process of selling his property was a professional and easy process for our family. Their kindness and professionalism allowed our family to find peace in the selling of our fathers property. Our house was sold within the first open home because of the Belle Property team putting in the effort. I would highly recommend Brooke and her team from Belle Property to anyone who is looking to sell their house
Brooke and Rachel are absolutely amazing. They were so understanding with our situation and helped and supported us in the purchase of our new family home. Best service we have ever received. They went over and above to accomdate and support us. We are so happy with our experience and look forward to working with these ladies in the future. Couldn't reccomend them enough!
