I met Brooke at an open home when I was first looking to purchase another property. She was down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable about the current market conditions. She kept in contact with me (but not annoyingly) to keep me up to date with what was coming onto the market. She knew I was looking to sell and then purchase. When I was ready to sell, a couple of months afterwards it was a no brainer for me to list my property with her. The entire listing process was easy and she managed it all for me from photos to marketing and staging. After the 2nd open home I had an offer that was more than I expected. She was able to negotiate the terms on the spot and contracts were signed that evening. Nothing was too much trouble and she worked until the job was done.
