We met Brooke when we were casually looking at an apartment. When we showed genuine interest she was very honest regarding the sellers expectations and was working in their best interest on the day of the auction - at which we purchased with a negotiated price. We obviously then had to sell quickly and we had no hesitation in using Brooke and Hocking Stuart. We were given sound advice on how to present the property and discussed realistic sale prices. Our preferred method of sale was to sell prior to the auction date that we had set - and Brooke worked extremely hard with the potential buyers who had shown an interest. Our price was set we hoped realistically to achieve a quick sale but also to cover our apartment purchase plus costs and maybe a new fridge. Brooke updated us with any offers which had already exceeded our minimum requirements and blew us away with the final offer which was well over what we had hoped for. We got our new fridge.
