Brook’s role during the campaign was providing the detail and support roles in the campaign for the sale of our property. At all times Brook was courteous, well presented and was always timely in her reporting and attending Inspection times. On occasion Brook was prevailed upon to go the extra yard in arranging out of time inspections and ensured any potential buyer was afforded easy and quick access. Brook’s reporting was timely, with the essential facts for us to monitor the campaign. At all times the information presented was both negative and positive with nothing held back. We appreciated in dealing with the facts rather than gilding the lily. At al times it was a pleasure to work with Brook.
Brooke was a very bubbly and helpful agent. I did find her very friendly and I was always able to contact her as required. I did however find her more reactive than pro active. As this was my first time selling a house I would have appreciate a more pro active approach.
