I was very happy with Brooklyn's professional service during the sale of my property and I would like to share my own thoughts and hopefully it can help you make a decision when choosing local agents. I find Brooklyn honest and easy to communicate with, not only that he builds rapport with buyers quickly and also he often impressed me by his extensive market knowledge and up to date data of recent sales and any comparable property details. As a young and successful man, I am also surprised that he truly understands the concerns and mixed feelings we have about selling our family home instead of just saying "I understand". I was also very happy with the marketing campaign and open houses he ran during the 4 weeks, along with all the advice he provided us, more importantly, he had got us a very good offer at the end!
