Bruce is a nice agent, overall satisfied. Dealt with Bruce as the Buyer for a house in Kedron Brisbane. The last visit pre-settlement was scheduled too late tho. Bruce scheduled it at 11am for settlement 1PM the same day. Make sure you argue that and book your visit a day prior to your settlement. This will leave you enough time to go back to your solicitor if there is damages or issues with the house.
