Working as a property buyer’s agent involves interaction with a multitude of selling agents on a daily basis and for the most part these communications are honest and open. On occasions property buyers and buyers’ agents will have justified cause to wonder how and why that particular selling agent is still in occupation, as the reliance of selling property on social media platforms and sales processes driven by automations, take over from face-to-face buyer connections.
