The one thing I liked about Bruce is he was not at all pushy or over the top with sales tactics. Bruce and Dylan would always be on call and answered every phone call and questions we had about the selling and buying process. We had a fabulous experience with Bruce selling our property. A few years earlier we had been looking to buy and Bruce was extremely helpful, listening to our needs and wants and showing us appropriate properties. Unfortunately we actually found a property through another agent and ended up purchasing with them. We did however call Bruce and spoke with him and told him that should we be looking to buy/sell in the future we would give him a call. (I'm not sure he believed us at the time!!) That said, when we wanted to sell the aforementioned property we stuck to our word and called him up. We were so pleased with the service we received from he and his team and the housesat went through quickly and easily without any problems.
