Bruce went out of his way to assists me with recommending sub-contractors such as gardeners, stylers etc to get the house ready for the market. He also provided options for styling budgets. Bruce was easy to work with and understood the brief. His marketing material was well presented and representative of the house. The sales outcome was within my expected range. At the stage of choosing an agent, although all the agents came across as professional in their dealings, I found that many of the agents personalities came across as very “mechanical” and commercial, and from a buyers perspective I wanted to avoid that.
