Only doubt on campaigne was advertised price may have influenced potential buyers to believe they.could get the property a price lower than was expected. Bruce and his team were very positive and worked to get buyers interested in the property. I have no hesitation in recommending Buxton who would have acheived a better price in a less fearful world. The price acheived may prove to be satiafactory if the slide in property buyer confidence stays the same into the near future.
