After having our property listed with another agent for two mo this we changed to Bruce from Buxtons. We had been to many of his opens and auctions in the past. We preferred a private sale method. We had a short time to sell 69 days as we had purchased elsewhere. Within two weeks Bruce had three offers and one from a lovely Sydney couple was within our expected range. We accepted this unconditional offer knowing that Bruce had an achieved a fair market price for our fully renovated property. Settlement was also within the timeframe we required.
