Bruce helped the reviewer sell this property

Bruce kept us fully informed with inspections offered professional advice negotiating sale

After seeing the excellent result achieved marketing my daughter’s property managed by Bruce, decided to have him look after this property on our behalf. Found Bruce to be very professional able to provide many current comparable sales, was always respectful and provided feedback on every inspection. Bruce negotiated the sale within a couple of weeks of listing and with his constant feedback are confident we achieved a fair price in the current market. We will be selling another property shortly and will be calling Bruce to market.
