Bruce has a pleasant demeanour, always kept us informed of buyers’ comments after each inspection.. initially I was feeling dejected when offers were low, but Bruce lifted up my spirits & asked me not to be as it’s normal. He said leave all the work & pressure on him, he’ll do his utmost to get us a good price which he did on auction day. Would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their house.
