Bruce is that type of agents who makes the deals easier for both vendor and buyer. He negotiates hard but communicates with transparency, so not too much of hide-and-seek. When he reaches an agreement with you, he tightens the other end, simple as that. I would imagine this is only achievable if he is also a highly trusted agent by the vendor.
