We have no hesitation in recommending Bruce Petterson. He is the consummate agent in that he provides comprehensive current information and then supports the seller’s decision. He has excellent communication skills, engages in a thorough way with all prospective buyers and keeps the seller very well informed of progress. We have engaged Bruce on four occasions and would certainly do so again. His interactions are professional and respectful, and to our knowledge, he develops a good rapport with both seller and buyer.
