Bruce has stamina. It took a number of months over two attempts to sell my property for the price I needed to achieve to be able to clear the mortgage that was held over the house. He didn't waste my time with offers that were too low. He had great insight into the type of purchaser that would be interested in my property and he was able to target that market on the second attempt at sale. He was very accessible and was in contact often so I knew where things were up to. He was flexible and understood my circumstances.
