I was impressed with Bruce's willingness to help me get the property ready for sale. As an interstate owner I wanted to personally prepare the place for sale and flew to the Gold Coast for a long weekend to undertake small maintenance, repair and cleaning tasks. Bruce willingly offered to provide me with paint rollers, dropsheets, brushes and a host of other cleaning items and tools. This saved me trying to bring too much with me on a flight or buying gear locally. I really appreciated Bruce's help.
