Bruno is a diligent agent, properties are not easy to sell on Russell Island, I tried to call half a dozen agents, most said they have too many properties or weren't interested or some other excuse. Bruno was great, always kept in contact, deflected low ball offers and only came to me with genuine offers. He sold three blocks of land in a short amount of time. Can't ask for any more than that, did I get the price I wanted, well probably not but that's the market not the agents fault. Highly recommended. Better to give it to someone who works hard for you. There's not much margin in these for the agents but he still earns his commission, something I can't say for most other agents I tried.
